Phillips to the Falls
							


									
      An important, historic connection between downtown Sioux
      Falls, SD and Falls Park is underway. The project requires expanding
      through a brownfields site and re-routing a railroad track. Streetscape
      improvements, including wide sidewalks, historic-character light
      fixtures, plantings and other amenities will improve the experience
      of pedestrians walking between downtown and the city's namesake
